A villa is not a large apartment. Stairways collect dust that never settles in a flat. Outdoor seating areas need sweeping and wiping before anyone uses them. Maid’s rooms and utility spaces get skipped by cleaners working to an apartment schedule. And a single cleaner working alone in a five-bedroom property will still be there at eight in the evening.
So we send a team. Two cleaners for most three and four-bedroom villas, three or more for larger properties, with a team leader working alongside them. The property gets finished in one visit rather than half-done across two.
The hourly rate is the same whichever size team we send. What changes is how long the job takes, and we tell you that figure before you book rather than after.You have a villa or townhouse that needs a full clean, you want it done in one visit rather than spread over days, or previous cleaners have been leaving the stairs and outdoor areas untouched.
The property has not had a thorough clean in six months or more — deep cleaning covers the inside of appliances and cupboards. If you want the villa kept this way, a regular plan costs less per visit.

A three-bedroom villa is usually five to six hours with two cleaners. A five-bedroom is generally a full day. We give you a firm figure once we know the property.
Balconies, terraces, entrance areas and outdoor seating are included — swept and wiped down. Gardens, pools and landscaping are not.
