This is the most thorough service we offer, and the one with the most riding on it. A landlord inspection in Dubai is not a formality — the state of the oven, the wardrobe interiors and the window tracks is exactly what gets photographed and deducted against.
So the checklist goes further than a deep clean. Every cupboard and wardrobe is emptied and wiped inside. Window tracks and sills are cleared of the sand that accumulates in every Dubai property. Marks come off the walls where the paint allows. Appliances are cleaned inside and pulled out where they can be moved.

It gets a better result if it is. We can work around furniture, but wardrobes, cupboards and the areas behind appliances are what inspections focus on, and those need to be accessible.
We cannot promise what a landlord decides, but the checklist covers what deposit deductions are usually made against. If your landlord raises something specific afterwards, tell us within 24 hours and we will return.
