If the property is lived in and maintained, book regular or apartment cleaning. If it has not been cleaned thoroughly in months, book deep cleaning. If it is empty and changing hands, book move in / move out.
As a guide, a studio takes two to three hours, a two-bedroom apartment three to four, and a villa five or more with a team of two. Send us your size and we will give you a firm figure.
Yes. Deep cleaning with sofa shampooing is a common pairing. Tell us everything you want covered and we will build one quote for the whole visit.
No. The rate is the same every day we operate. Availability is tighter on Fridays and Saturdays, so book those slots earlier in the week.
Yes, all supplies and equipment are included. If you prefer we use your own products, particularly for allergies or delicate surfaces, tell us when you book.
