This is the standard clean most apartments need — kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas, done properly in a single visit. Surfaces wiped, floors vacuumed and mopped, bathrooms scrubbed and sanitised, bins emptied.
We charge by the hour rather than by a fixed package because apartments vary more than their bedroom count suggests. A tidy one-bedroom takes less time than a lived-in studio. We tell you the realistic number of hours when you send the details, and if the job finishes early you pay for the time used.
Most clients book this as a one-off first, then move to a regular plan once they know the team. There is no pressure to commit to anything on the first booking.Your apartment is lived in and reasonably maintained, and you want a thorough standard clean across every room in one visit.
It has been six months or more since a proper clean — book deep cleaning instead. If the apartment is empty and changing hands, move in / move out covers considerably more.

A studio usually takes two to three hours, a one-bedroom around three, a two-bedroom three to four, and a three-bedroom four to five. Send us the details and we will confirm.

Yes, everything is included in the rate. If you would rather we use your own products — for allergies or delicate surfaces — tell us when you book.
On a regular plan, yes, and that is one of the main reasons to move onto one. On one-off bookings we do our best but cannot guarantee it.
Dishes left in the sink are washed as part of the visit. Laundry and ironing are not included.
